Job responsibility :
1. Receiving and analyzing customers’ orders and issuing them to the
production department as sales demands; 2. Receiving, issuing, processing
and keeping all business calls, letters and documents; Delivering and
processing customers’ feedback and opinions in a timely manner, and
establishing users’ files; 3. Communicating closely with the production
department all the way from the issuance of orders, execution, completion,
delivery tracking, and keeping records; 4. Building up a customer records
management system: including contact people, contract details, etc.;
5. Communicating closely with the logistics sector to learn about product
shipments; 6. Establishing accounting mechanisms for order invoice issuances.
Job requirement
1.Secretarial or Chinese language majors; 2. Having strong communication and coordination abilities.
