quality control. Only aiming at perfection and precision can we achieve this "quality first" goal. Our quality control department has a quality control laboratory that can carry out incoming material inspection, process inspection, conducting inspection, final inspection and physical and chemical analysis, which is a quality inspection and control from raw materials entering our company, going through production processes and ending with finished products. In this process, we not only have experienced and responsible testing staff, but also we have installed advanced experimental equipment, testing equipment and metrological facilities to ensure accuracy and

Following the TS16949 quality management system, our company’s quality control department has sustainably and effectively
carried out the internal quality control system checks to intensify the control processes. Usually they focus fully on the
implementation of quality improvement plans and systems, and on the system operation assessment. They can guarantee the quality of the outgoing products through continuous improvement of internal management and update of staff capacity.
        "First-class service" refers to our attitude towards customers when we deal with problems. In order to improve communication capacity, strengthen transmission and feedback of information, and shorten the service radius, Zhengyang Industrial has established
offices in core customers’ places to carry out product tracking and provide support services. The offices are staffed with special
after-sale service personnel, who lose no time to arrive at the scene for business contacts anytime and anywhere according to
customers’ requirements. As for customers whose places do not have our offices, we have made service commitments:“Give replies
to customers’ verbal or telephone requests within two hours; give replies to customers’ statements and report within two work days; arrive at the scene within 48 hours if needed.” Service can win reputations and shape brands. We have been practicing our service
